Dr. Thomas founded Cornerstone Family Health in 2003. She completed her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine, her Family Medicine residency at the Rush University-Illinois Masonic program., and a fellowship in Faculty Development at Cook County Hospital. Dr. Thomas is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Thomas also currently serves part-time as an academic faculty member at the Adventist La Grange Family Medicine Residency program. She has a heart for serving the indigent and has been involved in medical missions abroad. In addition, she has completed a Certificate in Biblical Studies at Moody Theological Seminary

Dr. Pilditch completed his medical training at the University of Illinois and his Family Medicine residency at West Suburban Hospital. After residency, he completed a Masters in Bioethics at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School , focusing on the patient-doctor relationship. He currently is on the teaching faculty of the Physician Assistan

After residency, he completed a Masters in Bioethics at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School , focusing on the patient-doctor relationship. He currently is on the teaching faculty of the Physician Assistants program at Dominican University. Dr. Pilditch is board certified in Family Medicine.
Dr. Pilditch particularly enjoys practicing with a spiritual care and prayer focus, along with intentional preventative care and minor procedures.
